Reporting an issue

Include the question text, practice mode, and a short description of the problem. A browser name and screenshot can help with technical issues. Do not send permit numbers, identification documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

For permit eligibility, appointments, and official test results, contact the Indiana BMV. This site cannot issue permits or access BMV records.
